PT1315/5塑胶旋切机简介
本公司最新研发的PT1315/5型塑胶旋切机主要用于将PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)等塑胶棒料旋切成一定厚度的塑胶薄膜,供化工、机械、汽车、电子电气、医疗医药、建筑、航空航天等诸多现代工业、现代科学技术、现代国防领域使用。
该机特点如下:
1、 出膜宽度大,膜宽可调。最大膜宽为1480mm,且膜的宽度可在0~1480mm范围内任意调整。
2、 出膜厚度可在0.05~1.00mm范围内任意设定。可根据需要,在触摸屏上设定出膜厚度。
3、 膜的精度高。膜的厚度误差在±5%以内。
4、 出膜速度采用恒线速控制,可在3~20 m/min范围内无级调整。
5、 整机性能稳定,可靠性高。该机采用了欧陆590直流控制系统、安全伺服控制系统,并配备了高精度光电检测系统及高速运算处理系统。
Brief Introduction to PT1315/5 Plastic Veneer Lathe
Our company’s newly invented product PT1315/5 Plastic Veneer Lathe, which cuts such plastic rods as PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) to plastic films with certain thickness, is applied to many modern industrial and scientific technology and national defense areas as chemical engineering, mechanical industry, automobile, electron and electricity, medical treatment and medicine, construction and aerospace engineering etc.
The feature of the machine is as follows:
1. The width of the film is large and adjustable. The largest width of the film is 1480mm; and the width of the film can be adjusted in the range of 0~1480mm by requirements.
2. The thickness of the film can be set at random in the range of 0.05~1.00mm. And the film thickness can be set on the touch screen for different requirements.
3. The precision of the film is high, the thickness error of the film is within ±5%.
4. The speed is controlled by the constant linear velocity and can be adjusted steplessly in the range of 3~20m/min.
5. The machine has stable performance with high dependability. It adopts Eurotherm 590 DC control system, Yaskawa servo-control system, high accuracy optoelectronic detecting system, and high speed calculating processor..
